Cocreators’ in-person get together

Please bring a vegetarian/vegan lunch to share. If you have very particular dietary requirements, you may prefer to bring just your own lunch.

The day will include:

• The unveiling of our shiny new Joining Process, which was produced by a working group of Suvana Cocreators. The Joining Process outlines the path that our cocreators can take if they wish to deepen their commitment to the project

• A look at the current design of the site, which shows the layout of the dwellings in relation to each other, the common house, the garden, and the lane

• A review of the community agreement, also produced by a working group of Suvana Cocreators

• An interactive session on decision-making

• A short session for cocreators to offer feedback about comms

• And of course, plenty of time for drinking tea and socialising
