Inviting informal reservations
Last updated 23rd March 2026
Following the planning application on 24th November 2025 by our developer partner TOWN, the Suvana Coordination Group launched the Initial Submission Round of the Suvana Joining Process, inviting cocreators to apply for a home at Suvana.
As part of the Suvana Joining Process, all cocreators received the Suvana Joining Pack, which includes detailed property descriptions, as well as documents that describe the vision and spirit of Suvana. The materials are intended to help cocreators decide if Suvana is right for them, and which property to choose.
The Initial Submission Round closed on 4th January 2026, at which point 17 households had applied. Following a review process by the Coordination Group’s Joining Kula, informal plot reservations were confirmed for 15 of those 17 households.
On 8th February 2026 the Coordination Group’s Joining Kula launched the Rolling Submission Round of the Suvana Joining Process, which will end when the remaining 20 properties are reserved!
On 1st March 2026 the Coordination Group’s Joining Kula met to review new applications and change requests. As a result, there are now 17 properties informally reserved.
The Coordination Group’s Joining Kula meets online when necessary to consider new applications and change requests. As at 23 March 2026 16 properties are informally reserved. The plan below has been updated.
Which properties are available?
There are a choice of plots still available if you would like to live in the Suvana community.
The plans, which have been co-designed with Suvana cocreators, comprise 35 properties: a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bed houses, and 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments. In addition to the individual properties, there are a range of communal spaces and facilities, the cost of which is already included the in price of the individual properties.
More details (including indicative prices) are in the Brochure and planning application documents. See our plans page for an overview.
The plots that have been informally reserved so far are marked on this diagram.
Although it is updated frequently, availability can not be guaranteed on the basis of this diagram.

Reserving a plot
Now that we are in the Rolling Submission Round, if you’re interested in making an informal reservation for a home at Suvana, you’ll first need to become a Cocreator. We’ll then send you the full Suvana Joining Pack and can support you in the process.
At that point, subject to availability, you can specify your preferred plot(s). Your application will be reviewed by the Coordination Group’s Joining Kula (a group of the five most senior and willing members of the Coordination Group).
If your application is confirmed we will inform TOWN to informally reserve the agreed plot for you, and they will request your commitment fee payment of £750. This fee will contribute to Suvana community facilities and is fully refundable if you withdraw. A full overview of fees and commitments is included in the Suvana Joining Pack, which is provided once you become a cocreator.
If you have questions, please first review the information on this website — especially Our Story, the proposals, and FAQs — then email the Coordination Group.
