Inviting informal reservations
Following the planning application on 24th November 2025 by our developer partner TOWN, the Suvana Coordination Group launched the initial submission round of inviting cocreators to apply for a home at Suvana.
The Joining Pack included documents that describe the vision and spirit of Suvana, to help cocreators decide if Suvana is the right community for them.
By the early January 2026 deadline, applications were received from 17 households. Following a review process informal plot reservations were confirmed for those 15 who would like to progress with purchasing a property as soon as they become available.
On 8 February 2026 the Coordination Group launched the ‘rolling submissions round’ where cocreators are invited to apply to reserve one of the remaining homes.
What properties are available?
There are a choice of plots still available if you would like to live in the Suvana community.
The plans that have been co-designed with Suvana cocreators comprise 35 properties, in a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bed houses, and 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments. These properties come with a range of communal spaces and facilities.

Although this is updated frequently, availability can not be guaranteed as each application is considered in turn.

Reserving a plot
Now that we are in the rolling submission round, if you’re interested in making an informal reservation for a home at Suvana, you’ll first need to become a Cocreator. We’ll then send you the full joining pack and can support you in the process.
At that point, subject to availability you can specify your preferred plot(s). Your application will be reviewed by the Coordination Group’s Joining Kula (a group of the five most senior and willing members of the Coordination Group).
If your application is confirmed we will inform TOWN to informally reserve the agreed plot for you, and they will request your commitment fee payment of £750. This fee is to contribute to Suvana community facilities and is fully refundable if you withdraw.
