A moment we've all been waiting for!
On 18th March 2026, Greater Cambridge Shared Planning gave permission to TOWN and Hill Group to develop the Suvana Cohousing community and the new neighbourhood at Northstowe.
This is the most significant milestone so far - congratulations to all concerned!
Planning is in!
TOWN - with their partners Hill Group, Homes England, Mole Architects and others - submitted a planning application to Greater Cambridge Shared Planning for the development that includes our community.
And Suvana launched the Joining Pack for potential buyers, inviting cocreators to apply to become part of the community.

Public consultation at Northstowe
Suvana cocreators attended the public consultation by TOWN and Mole on their future Northstowe neighbourhood. It was a chance to connect with future neighbours, view proposals, and enjoy some free ice cream.
